The holiday season will be here before we know it. Cue the endless hours of decorating, gift wrapping, writing out Christmas cards, baking and of course the seemingly endless holiday get parties. While finding the time for all of these activities tends to be extremely challenging, when you're trying to watch your weight the biggest challenge during the holidays is the parties.  When it comes to parties there usually aren't a lot of low carb options available. Since I love holiday treats and hate depriving myself, I've put together a list of some of my favorite picks for low carb Christmas dessert. They are simple prepare, perfect for the holiday table and are waistline friendly.

While no one can deny that both sugar and gingerbread cookies are classic holiday treats, sometimes you're just in the mood for something a little different. Am I right?
