While the other low carb bars are sure to keep your sweet tooth in check, one thing that Dang Bars have that many others do not, is healthy and wholesome ingredients. The bars are plant based (containing ingredients such as almonds and chia seeds) and they are also vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
Ranging between 4-5 net carbs each, Dang Bars tend to be slightly higher on the carb scale than the other bars. However, they don’t contain any artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols like a lot of other low carb treats do. So the trade off is that you consume an extra carb or two, but are consuming healthier ingredients. Because of the healthy ingredients, I would say that Dang Bars are the best low carb bars from a nutritional stand point.
Not only are the bars healthy, they taste really good too. They also come in a variety of flavors and one of our favorites is the three flavor multi pack that contains Almond Vanilla, Lemon Matcha and Chocolate Sea Salt.
