Apparently "Sprouting" is a way to release all the vital nutrients stored in whole grains. When you do this before baking, it creates living, nutrient-rich food and while I'm not entirely sure what that means, it sure sounds like a good thing! These low carb english muffins are baked with sprouted whole grain flour, so if you are into organic low carb food, these should be your next breakfast meal. All you've gotta do it slice em', toast em' and top em' with a poached egg, bacon and hollandaise sauce.
